My photograph is a self-portrait created with my partner LJ Mehri. We both are queer and sapphic and created this image after going to my ancestral homelands in Northern California. It represents the safety and domesticity I feel with her and how we have been growing our roots, entangling futures, and dreaming together.

The Curve Foundation will cover printing costs, but will not cover costs for mailing the print after the event ends.
