Laurel and I took a trip with our dog Archie to Banff National Park in July 2024. We hiked seven miles to the top of a mountain and enjoyed 360 degree views and water from fresh streams. Queer people frequently feel uncomfortable in outdoor spaces, but the mountains welcome everyone and hopefully people can too.
